1. Acceptance of Internship Offer

Upon receiving an official internship offer from CloudUp Codex LLP, candidates must confirm their acceptance within the specified timeframe. Failure to respond may result in withdrawal of the offer at the discretion of the company.

2. Internship Duration

The duration of the internship will be clearly mentioned in the offer letter. Interns are expected to actively engage in all assigned activities during the entire internship period.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

Interns are required to complete assigned projects, training modules, and collaborative tasks within specified deadlines. Consistent participation and quality work submission are mandatory.

4. Code of Conduct

All interns must maintain professionalism, ethical behavior, and respect within the organization. Plagiarism, misconduct, harassment, or misuse of company resources may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Confidentiality

Any confidential information, including internal documents, software systems, training materials, and project data, must not be disclosed to third parties without written authorization.

6. Performance Evaluation & Job Offers

Intern performance will be rigorously evaluated based on dedication, task completion, innovation, and punctuality. Post-internship, all activities will be reviewed. Based on exceptional performance and successful evaluation, CloudUp Codex LLP may, at its sole discretion, extend a full-time job employment offer (PPO).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, documentation, designs, research materials, and digital assets created during the internship shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of CloudUp Codex LLP.

8. Attendance & Communication

Interns must maintain regular attendance and provide timely updates to mentors. Clear and professional communication is essential for successful completion of the program.

9. Certification & Letter of Recommendation

Certificates will be awarded only after successful completion of all mandatory projects. Letters of Recommendation (LOR) will be issued strictly on merit to interns demonstrating exceptional performance.

10. Stipend Policy

Stipend eligibility, if applicable, will depend on interview performance and company policy. Payment details will be communicated only to selected candidates.

11. Administrative / Documentation Fees

Participation in the internship may be free; however, nominal administrative or documentation fees may apply for services such as offer letters, certificates, or verification documents. Fees are subject to change as per company policy.

12. Compliance with Indian Laws

The CloudUp Codex LLP Internship Program operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws and labor regulations. The program aligns with MSME and AICTE guidelines where applicable.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the internship program shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.

14. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in this internship program does not guarantee full-time employment or future job placement with CloudUp Codex LLP.

15. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate an intern’s participation if policies are violated or conduct is deemed detrimental to the organization.
