CloudUp Codex LLP provides digital services, software solutions, training programs, and subscription-based offerings. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our products, refunds are generally not applicable once access has been granted or services have commenced.
Users may request cancellation of a subscription or service within the specified period mentioned in the service agreement or purchase confirmation. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support email or designated support channels.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. Users may qualify for a refund if the cancellation request is submitted within the approved timeframe and the service has not been substantially delivered or accessed.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments, verifiable billing discrepancies, or documented critical failures to meet enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA) uptime guarantees. SLA credit refunds are issued strictly as defined in the client's specific SLA contract.
Certain services including completed project milestones, customized development work, consulting sessions already delivered, digital downloads, resume builder generation fees, and administrative documentation fees are strictly non-refundable.
Upon approval of a valid refund request, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting any applicable transaction or processing fees.
Subscription-based services may be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods may not be applicable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.
CloudUp Codex LLP reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
