CloudUp Codex LLP primarily provides digital services including software development, web & mobile applications, cloud solutions, AI/ML systems, consulting, and training programs. As our offerings are digital in nature, traditional physical shipping does not apply in most cases.
Upon completion of a project or milestone, final deliverables are provided digitally. This may include source code, design files, documentation, deployment credentials, reports, or other agreed-upon assets.
We utilize secure digital channels for delivery, including official email communication, encrypted cloud storage platforms, secure client dashboards, Git repositories, project management tools, or private hosting servers.
Delivery timelines and milestones are strictly defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or formal proposal. We rigidly adhere to our SLA delivery deadlines. Any delays caused by force majeure, third-party API downtimes, or client-side delays are exempt from SLA-bound penalties.
Upon delivery, clients are given the opportunity to review deliverables and provide feedback. Any required revisions within the agreed scope will be addressed as per the terms outlined in the service agreement.
All deliverables undergo internal quality assurance checks before release. This includes functionality testing, performance validation, compatibility checks, and compliance with agreed specifications.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely approvals, necessary access credentials, and prompt feedback. Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses may affect delivery timelines.
We maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, including progress updates, milestone confirmations, and scheduled delivery notifications.
In rare cases where physical documentation or branded materials are provided, shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier services. Applicable shipping costs will be communicated in advance.
